years old, fast growing Automotive Glass Replacement & Recalibration Shop looking for motivated & skilled technicians with great attitudes to work mobile & in shop on Automotive Glass Replacement, Chip Repair, Glass Cutting, Forward Facing Camera Recalibrations, and coming soon Bumper Radar Recalibrations! Responsibilities:
Work 8am-5pm Monday-Friday Perform 4-7 Installs per day Build Rapport with Customers & Ask for 5 Star Reviews Perform Quality Work with low breakage & issues Consistently show up to work with a Great Attitude Keep Van & Work Areas Clean & Professional Keep your own set of standard tools (We are willing to provide large ticket items) Work with Team Members to Ensure everything is done to a High Standard Work with our Staff to Maintain a Positive & Productive Work Environment for everyone (We are all people and life is difficult sometimes but that doesn't change our expectations for how we treat others) Additional Responsibilities if trained or over time as trained -In Shop Chip Repair for our Customers -Flat Glass cutting, shaping, grinding, and ultimately install.
