THE PLAYERYou are responsible for the overall growth and financial profitability of the restaurant through revenue management, cost control, guest satisfaction and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment for team members.
The General Manager uses superior customer service skills and extensive managerial experience to develop strong relationships with guests while leading a winning team.
EVERY DAY, YOU WILL o Drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service.
o Oversee performance measurements to ensure the property operates within approved budgets and is competitive in its respective competitive set.
o Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
o Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
o Ensure all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
o Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
o Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
o Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
o Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
Complete accident reports promptly if a guest or employee is injured.
o Hire, develop and train associates to ensure guest satisfaction and company culture.
o Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant and its assets through the enforcing and maintaining of preventative maintenance programsYOU WILL BE GREAT AT RED CIRCLE INN IF Education:
High School diploma or equivalentExperience and/or Training:
Minimum 5 years' experience in front-of-house or back-of house operations leadership and/or management positions.
Technology/Equipment:
Computer skills including Microsoft OfficeCertification:
Food manager and beverage operator certification within 90 days of employmentYOU ARE A VARSITY PLAYER IF Education Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or equivalent of education and work experienceYOU MUST ALSO HAVEU.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
